I am a criminal defense attorney in New Jersey. A large part of my practice focuses on white collar crime. Unlike some attorneys that represent big corporations, I represent real people and small businesses. I stop at nothing to fight for them. As one judge put it, I play hardball. Thus, my goal is to give you my unique prespective on the stories that I blog about.
White collar crime covers theft offenses, fraud charges, government investigations, computer crime, gambling crimes and civil suits. I have a state-wide practice, so I can represent clients in all New Jersey State, Federal and Municipal courts. I also offer litigation consulting services across the country.
