Martin Villalabos, 41, had more than 5,400 photographs and 164 videos, most of whom had yet to reach puberty, engaged in sexual acts with both other children and adults, according to U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman.  U.S. District Court Judge Stanley R. Chesler in Newark sentenced him to 24 years in prison.  Villalabos will be required to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison, and will also be subject to five years of supervised release.
