US judge finds UK Hedge Fund Adviser Guilty of Securities Fraud

New York, (HedgeCo.net) Judge Robert W. Sweet issued a favour of the (SEC) findings that the British based hedge fund adviser (PCM) and Lewis Chester have violated the Hedge Fund Act of 1993 and the securities exchange act of 1934.
