Salvadoran charged in priest deaths denies perjury

A former Salvdoran military officer is accused of colluding in six Jesuit priest in 1989. He pleaded not guilty Thursday to perjury and fraud for lying on US immigration forms.

The prosecutor in this case alleges that Montano made false statements when he applied for temporary protected status in 2002
