Man charged with securities fraud

The president of an Oregon investment firm was arrest on conspiracy and securities fraud charges. It appears to be another case of insider information. The accused John Kinnucan of Portland, Oregon made his court appearance on Friday. The accused is charged with attaining secrets about publicly traded companies and then selling that information.
