Former cop charged with running criminal enterprise
A former Detroit Police Department homicide detective and associate have been charged with running criminal enterprise. The prosecutor indicated that the suspect is alleged to have carried on a criminal enterprise from 2006 to last year.
It is alleged that he gave less than truthful information in on properties in Detroit and Taylor in order to obtain Federal funds to qualify for mortgages.
