Like many of our clients, nothing happened to them. If they told you they were investigating you for fraud, would you comply? What company in this economy hired a private investigator to do quality control?

Hi,
What happened to your client? I am curious because one week ago, I was contacted by phone by someone who claims to be an investigator from MGIC. He says they are doing a “quality control” from a mortgage that was given to me many years ago, for a property that went into short sale.

Law professor Jack Clausen, a couple of years earlier, pulbished an abstract of American Bar Association’s survey which had concluded that most white collar crimes including document forgeries were committed by lawyers. The recent public revelations of ROBO-SIGNERS of loan documents by lawyers, and their staff, is further proof to that. Almost all lobyiest (Bribers) are lawyers. Bar associatioins encourage attorney crimes by refusing to take any actions against those whom proof of forgery, perjury, and other crimes are documented.

Probably not. I’ve had people get a number of VOP’s for selling drugs, dirty urines, fights, missing appointments, etc, and in the end, nothing happened to them.
