Why doesn't the NJ government look into the lifestyles of David Findel and Steven Burg, formally of Worldwide Financial Resources? For two men who are "broke," (they don't pay a dime to their ex-wives) they sure live high lifestyles. There must be a money trail somewhere & I am sure Findel hid money in his father/sibling's names. Isn't that illegal? These two are scammers and should be followed at all times.

The FBI found 80% of mortgage fraud was done by the industry, and warned in the early 2000s that it could take out the economy. Each years' new report shows more fraud and also more builders involved in different types of scams. Nothing was done to stop this. A few small time crooks got in trouble but big companies just payed fines and nothing changed. I sure agree about use of the builders' lenders, there have been a lot of problems w/that conflict of interest arrangement. http://www.fbi.gov/publications.htm

Steve, I'm not really sure what you are talking about. Feel free to call me to discuss. In general, lawyers are not police so most lawyers do not want to get involved in criminal cases from the other side. In addition, if a lawyer is to do something like that, there must be an up front fee.

Is it with lawyers not dealing in fraud cases because they are criminal and not civil cases. Just trying to understand why so many were to hard to find, not interested, or collecting fees without doing anything. Is some how a new uneplored field of law? And again if we did have a Consumer Financial Protection Agency, things would be a lot easier to resolve.
